The motion to reconsider City taking on $119 M debt for Central Library “renewal” was on the City Council on Wed. Sept. 25, but they ran out of time. THE MOTION WILL NOW BE DISCUSSED AT A SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON TUES. OCT. 1 IN A MEETING STARTING AT 11 AM.
